Mr. Adam Jankos
Owner- NJ MVC DIS Instructor
With two decades of dedicated service in driver education within the Hamilton Township Public Schools, Adam Jankos is a seasoned expert in the field. His expertise spans classroom instruction, simulated driving environments, and hands-on behind-the-wheel training for over 25,000 teen drivers New Jersey. Throughout his career, Adam has been instrumental in issuing tens of thousands of driving permits and has taught at both public and private driving institutions across New Jersey.
Recognizing a need for a specialized approach to teen driving education, Adam founded Adams Driving School in Hamilton, NJ. As the owner and operator, he is committed to providing high-quality, focused driving instruction that meets the unique needs of young drivers.
Adam also currently serves as a health and physical education teacher at Steinert High School. Additionally, he holds the position of Driver Education Coordinator & Program Facilitator for the township, further demonstrating his commitment to driver safety and education.
Adam is a 2003 graduate from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) where he began his teaching career under the tutelage of late Dr. Fred Oshel, nationally know as the one of the finest driver education pioneers to this day.
Adam is originally from Brick, New Jersey, Adam now resides in Yardley, PA, with his wife Kim, their two children, Troy and Aubrey, and their beloved dog, Finn. He is an active member of the New Jersey Driving School Association and the Wrestlers in Business Network: Princeton Chapter, where he continues to influence the community and industry positively.
Mr. Pete Capone
NJ MVC DSI Certified Instructor
Mr. Pete Capone, affectionately known as the Tom Brady of Driver Education, has been an integral part of the Hamilton Township community for over 60 years. A proud graduate of Steinert High School, class of 1980, Pete continued his education at Montclair State College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education. His commitment to driving safety education led him to obtain a Drivers’ Education Certificate from Trenton State College, followed by a Master’s Degree from Marygrove College.
Since 1984, Pete has been a dedicated member of the Hamilton Township Board of Education. He recently retired from his role as the Comprehensive Driver Safety Coordinator and Facilitator, providing expert training in both simulator and behind-the-wheel driver training at Nottingham High School. His unparalleled commitment to driving education has earned him recognition and respect in the field, culminating in his recent induction into the Hall of Fame.
We at Adams Driving School are thrilled to have Mr. Capone share his extensive knowledge and experience with our new drivers. His long-standing dedication to teen driver safety makes him an invaluable resource, ensuring that each student not only learns the rules of the road but also adopts safe driving practices for life.
Mr. Albert Mostrangeli
NJ MVC DSI Instructor
From the Basketball Courts to our NJ Roadways, Albert Mostrangeli or "Coach M" is a life long Hamilton Township resident. A graduate of Trenton State College, Mr. Mostrangeli has been teaching Health and Physical Education and instructing student drivers at Steinert High School for the last 30 years. During his tenure, Coach M was named 2X CVC Mercer County Coach of the Year all the while coaching a Central Jersey Group 3 State Championship team lead by Hamilton native and NBA standout Dahntay Jones. Coach M has recently retired from teaching and will now be coaching our student drivers and specializing in our Warm Up Lesson & Road Test prep. In his spare time Coach M enjoys fishing on his boat "nothing but net" in LBI with his family.
Dr. Adrienne Wasserleben

Adrienne, a distinguished Lawrence High School alumna from the Class of 2006, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Over the past 12 years, she has served as a dedicated health, physical education, and driver’s education teacher at her alma mater. Additionally, Adrienne has been the driving force behind the school's cheerleading team since 2011, fostering spirit and leadership among students.
Her exceptional contributions to education have earned her the prestigious Governor’s Teacher of the Year award twice. Adrienne's leadership extends beyond the classroom; she currently plays a crucial role as one of the District Climate Coordinators for the School Climate Transformation Project at Rutgers University. Her commitment to creating a positive and inclusive school environment is evident through her involvement in various initiatives, such as the Freshman Academy Leader, Nurtured Heart Approach, Restorative Practices, Sustainable Jersey for Schools Grant Coordinator, and the District Wellness and LHS Character Committees.
Adrienne is not only a seasoned educator but also a devoted mother of two, deeply understanding the significant impact of education on a child's life. She is fiercely committed to enhancing the welfare and development of all students.
Holding an undergraduate degree from West Chester University, two master’s degrees—one in Educational Leadership: Instruction from The College of New Jersey and another in School Administration from Rowan University—Adrienne has recently earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Keiser University.

Jon Adams

Introducing Coach Jon Adams: A Pillar of Hamilton Township and a Driving Education Specialist at Adams Driving School
Coach Jon Adams is a celebrated figure in Hamilton, where he has spent his entire life and a prolific 32-year career within the Hamilton Township School District. As a Health & PE teacher, Athletic Director, and renowned coach of the football, basketball, and track teams, Coach Adams has left an indelible mark on the community.
Throughout his tenure at Nottingham High School, he taught 10th-grade classroom Driver's Education, Driver Simulation, and Behind the Wheel training, imparting crucial skills and knowledge to young drivers. On the athletic field, Coach Adams's leadership was equally impactful. He led the football team for 20 years, served as assistant basketball coach for 18 years, and was both a head and assistant coach for the track & field teams over a span of 21 years. Additionally, he held the role of head indoor track coach for three years and voluntarily supervised the strength program for 29 years.
Under his guidance, the Nottingham Northstars track & field teams clinched two outdoor Mercer County titles and one indoor, along with two outdoor sectional championships. His coaching prowess was recognized with five "Coach of the Year" honors and the prestigious Mercer County Clarence O’Shea Coach’s Award in 2012. Coach Adams also led the Nottingham football team to 13 state playoff appearances, two state sectional finals, and one state sectional title.
Having devoted over three decades to nurturing Nottingham's student-athletes, Coach Adams's dedication to fostering talent and character is without parallel. Now retired from active teaching, he is excited to channel his passion for mentorship into driving education at Adams Driving School. His goal is to cultivate safe and responsible drivers, contributing to the safety of New Jersey's roadways. We are privileged to have someone of his stature and experience guiding our student drivers.
Armand Trotto

Introducing Coach Armand Trotto, a Seasoned Educator and Coach at Adams Driving School
Armand Trotto is an accomplished educator with a solid academic background from West Virginia University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He brings his extensive expertise to Hamilton Township School District, where he has been making a significant impact as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Hamilton West High School.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Coach Armand imparts vital knowledge in classroom driver education, behind-the-wheel instruction, and sports medicine. His commitment extends beyond the classroom as he also serves as a dedicated coach for both football and lacrosse teams at the school.
Coach Armand’s teaching philosophy is centered on empowering his students. He strives to instill confidence, perseverance, and the skills necessary for success in all of his students. His goal is clear: to ensure every student learns not just to drive safely but to approach life with confidence and determination.

Mr. Jason Zablow

Meet Jason, a Dedicated Instructor at Adams Driving School
Jason is a distinguished graduate of Montclair State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Entering his 10th year in the teaching profession, Jason has accumulated a wealth of experience at various educational levels, from elementary to high school.
For the past seven years, Jason has been shaping young minds as a 10th-grade physical education and driver education teacher at Bordentown Regional High School—the very school from which he graduated. His commitment to education is paralleled by his passion for coaching. Currently, he leads the varsity boys' soccer team, which earned him the prestigious title of 2018 Area Coach of the Year. Jason also coaches JV girls' basketball and has previously coached baseball and boys' lacrosse.
Jason brings his extensive knowledge of sports and team leadership into his driver education classes, where he is dedicated to teaching students not only how to drive but also the importance of understanding road safety and regulations. His enthusiastic approach and comprehensive understanding of adolescent development make him an invaluable asset to our team.
At Adams Driving School, Jason is excited to continue his mission of fostering safe and responsible drivers, equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed on the road.
Michelle Dice
NJ DSI Instructor
Michelle Dice is an accomplished educator with a rich background in Health and Physical Education. A 2006 graduate of Nottingham High School, Michelle pursued further education at Mercer County Community College, where she earned an Associate degree in Exercise Science. She then advanced her studies at East Stroudsburg University, achieving a double major in Health and Physical Education.
Upon completing her education, Michelle embarked on a rewarding teaching career spanning over a decade. She dedicated 10.5 years to Trenton Public Schools, where she specialized in middle school health and physical education. Her tenure in Trenton was marked by a particular enthusiasm for teaching aquatics, an area where she excelled and inspired numerous students.
Now in her 12th year of teaching, Michelle has transitioned to Ewing High School, where she teaches 10th grade Driver's Education and Physical Education. Additionally, Michelle is thrilled to work with our student drivers at Adams Driving School. She is committed to fostering a comfortable learning environment and enhancing the driving experience for all her students. Her extensive experience and passion for student development make her a valuable asset to the Ewing educational community and to Adams Driving School.
William James
NJ MVC DSI Instructor
William James, a TCNJ alum joins Adams Driving School with a strong background in education and teen development. He is currently in his third year of teaching at Monroe Township Middle School and has been a dedicated staff member at Mercer County CYO summer camp for over 11 years. In addition to his work at the camp, William plays a pivotal role in the CYO Youth Sports League as a site manager for basketball games. He also brings valuable coaching experience from his four years as an assistant football coach at Steinert High School.
William is passionate about teaching, driving, and ensuring road safety. He is excited to bring his enthusiasm and expertise to our team, working with new student drivers to help them develop the skills and confidence needed for safe and responsible driving.
